heyooooo.

im a sad lil' girl now... okay im no little girl in reality, but at least i am to my colleagues :) hahaa okay that was so random. but anyway, i thought that i needed to pen some of my many thoughts down some where and figured that this would be a pretty quiet and serene place to do so. so here i am. :)

i think i may have caused a little confusion here, a minute ago i said i was sad, and the next, i'm smiling about it (with smiley faces :S). nah its not that im tryna, force my hands to type that smiley out, in fact it all came quite naturally, but um. lets put it this way- even though im not the happiest of person now, even though i feel as though my life has hit the rock bottom, im accepting that calmly and openly. because tough times never lasts. only tough people do. so really, face sadness with a smile, cause the more your open to devastation, the easier to live it through, the stronger you'll become.

i hope i'm not sounding stupid to any of you hahaha. but if theres anything you need to understand from anything ive said at all, just understand the second last sentence. haha.

so yesterday, i.. um. went to see someone whom i strongly feel has impacted my life in a huge way. hahha spiritually as well HAHAHA. im not too comfortableee with giving explicit details of my little adventure yesterday but all i can say is that, im hoping that what ive learnt would be reality hahaha.

wooow im back at my page after soo long. today is an awkward day. because i had the sudden urge to check on all my old friends whom i havent spoken to in a while... :) and many of them who've gone abroad are coming back or have already returned :) naquiyas back!!! (YAY) and mellie's coming back next weeeeek :) and shes a bitch cos shes getting me jealous over her indulgence in mouth-wateing durians in BKK. omggg brings me to this impt point!! CATCH HANGOVER 2 IF YOU HAVENT!!! hahahhhaa. idk if its really all that funny or it just... holds bitter-sweet memories... *sigh* but in any case, i caught that twice in a single dayyy so it cant go that bad yeah....

soooooo i just touched down fr korea this morning at 1:05 a.m. and unlike the many other trips i've been on, i wasn't dreading to return to Singapore... in fact i was kinda looking forward to it? hahaha ah wells. perhaps i didnt have my fair share of fun in korea since it rained every other day i was there and thwarted my plans to go to ever land (some huge-ass theme park) :( love the adrenaline rush while queuing for a breath-taking rideeee. most vivid memory i have of experience of that nature was queuing w faz and kohs in the Gold Coast for some shit ass ride. hahaha sooo nervous till the 3 of us hardly spoke the entire time we were q-ing. okayyy ive drifted quite a bit from original topic. so i spent 5 days shopping and shopping and shopping and im so sick and tired of it..... :( i mayy post pix if i happen to feel like doing so. im xtremely curious as to who still visits this site (besides my ever-faithful syah...) hahaha.

trip aside, since i last quit sajc, i idled for about 2 weeks if im not mistaken and decided to get myself a job to kill time... and so i started sending in poorly-crafted resumes to random companies i got the emails fr fr jobstreet i think. and got called down for an interview on a faithful tuesdayy and i think that has pretty much changed my life quite drastically? ive made a lot of good and genuine friends within the 2 weeks and um. went through manyyy drastic lowwwws but a few highs as well and im sure there are many more lows to come... but point is. this job teaches one to face rejections from people with a hugee smile.

and i mean it literally.

don't feel like discussing what my job is really all about, but im hoping i'll have enough strength (mental) to last for a few months hahaah cause it is truly demoralising while its highly rewarding at the same time. so much contradiction, but really, no one will get my ideaa unless your a fellow colleague.

oh gosh i feel like a boreeee right now...

moving on to smth more personal, SIGH. my personal life is sooooo darn messed up that i wna just yknow, be focused on my work and ignore all other shit (besides my best friends). i think i dont need any one at this point of time besides my usual gf's.

oh and btw, what goes around sure damnnn comes around. karma will bite cha, so watch every move you make.

hahaha, i'm at starbucks, chilling~ with my cup of frappe while birdgethebitch is studying her ass off outside. pissed off cause the lady put whip cream on my drink and the darn thick taste of it immersed into my drink :( pizzzzed offfff...................

so anyhooz. hahaha i havent officially withdrawn from school, but i'm guessing wed will be my last day in school. its a bittersweet feeling i feel, considering how much i've been hatin' school, it, by right, should be a hell hole i can't wait to get out of, but i feel sorrow as well. i hate myself for being weak, giving up after 1.5 years of being in SA. although the past 14 odd months haven't been fruitful in any way at all.

actually, idk why im quitting school. i shall attempt to understand my not-so-rationale rationale of getting the cold feet and quit sch. well, i suppose it is more or less impossible, to catch up 1.5years of work in a span of... 7 months? including going through the vigor of faithfully completing the tys, finishing up the tutorials i havent touched since i stepped into school and staying back in school till 7+pm to attend extra lectures... i just can't seem to see myself doing all that. i guess im just really not suited to study in such an environment. call me weak. i suppose whats making me feel uneasy about my quitting SA is the idea of giving up in the face of 'adversity'. i've always wanted to be one who could be strong enough to overcome difficulties and not deal with it by taking the alternative path to shun away from it... if you get what i mean? haha okay maybe not.

being as idle as i am now makes me feel useless. like dumb and stupid. so i cant wait to get my life back on track!!!!! i know ive said that line like a million times now but i really canttt wait :( looking forward to the day i safely say im a human once again. why is it so difficult to be a human :(

i hope i will be reborn again in UK................... and i really hope that i will not regret this decision that has taken be a year and a half to make. im so tired of life sometimes, yknow?

hey..

surprised myself at the very fact that im posting again.. but i guess i do need an avenue to vent a bit of my frustrations, so to say, and because i'd promised syah yesterday that i'd post. and i prolly do have some accounting of my life to do, to people who perhaps still read this page, though the numbers are few are far between...

i've thought of changing the address of my blog for privacy purposes, but i couldn't bear to forego this address that has been around for about 7 years now... and that's the problem - i hate changes.

change is the only constant in one's life - too true, too much sense in that sentence. small changes that would barely effectuate a change in your life are usually welcomed, simply because there are hardly felt. but decisions that causes its accompanying change to encroach into the normality of your life... they are often way too tough to make, and many a times, i dont dare to. because i dont want to face that change.

sounds a lot like blabbering here, but point that i wna make is. im afraid that when i leave, things will change. im afraid of being away from the family, away from my friends, away from the life i've been leading for 18years, in Singapore. who and what will i become if i leave for the UK?

i've had this choice to make ever since i was 12- but i didnt want to leave this comfort zone. after wasting about 1.5 years in SA, coming to this decision, to many, may seem like a huge waste of my time. but whats important is my ultimate destination.

i've been struggling so hard in SA these 14 odd months- not so much because i can't absorb the content, but because i can't even bring myself to get started with absorbing it. i've tried, but the environment is just not suited for me. its been an arduous journey before arriving at this decision, but it is a necessary one to make. just 4 days ago, i had no direction in life; i had no idea what degree, much less career, i wanted to pursue. but now, having spoken to friends and the counsellor, i feel so much more settled. i feel like i have my future finally planned out, i finally have something to work towards, something to work for. i have a goal.

i am not going to deny that i am petrified. settling down in a new environment with strangers all alone. all alone... embarking on a new chapter of my life, all by myself. just years ago, i told my best friend who left to Canada to study, that she had nothing to fear. but why am i the one whose so afraid now?

its not so much about not being able to make new friends there or any sort like that, its about being in a foreign place, without the comfort of my family and my usual company. its the fear of leaving everyone and everything i have in Singapore. especially my best friend whom need me and whom i need. i guess this is very much part and parcel of life; nothing good ever lasts forever. people come and go in your life, some are here to stay. those they leave temporarily, if they are meant to stay, if you want them to stay, they would never have left you, no matter which part of the planet your on.

hence, i'd to assure you syah, that it has been long established, that i want and need you in my life. you are one to stay in my life forever. no matter where on earth i am or you are, we would never have left each other. our friendship has withstood months of not speaking to each other, but recall that every conversation over the phone we have after those few quiet months of no news from each other of each other's respective lives is one that makes us feel just as close, like those few months were just a matter of days, or those few months never really existed. because syah, it will always be the same between us. nothing will ever change. i just read your blog, and i know many of your good friends are leaving. Shermaine, now Justin and I, your brother in Melbourne. and many a times, it makes you feel so pointless in opening yourself up to people who eventually leave you. but syah, they only leave you, if you think they did.

im not one who give friendships i TREASURE up easily. friends whom i think are disposable, will never be my friend in the first place. its obvious who matters to me and who doesnt. because all my friends do, otherwise, they are not in the first place.

i guess this doesn't just apply to syah... but all my friends whom i might leave. it must be tough for angs as well now that his best buddy is leaving. but when we are put in such a predicament, faith in the friendship established is what determines an everlasting one like i know i have with fairoza, bridget, syahidah, eva, shaun, justin, aaron, elisha, joey, natalie, simin, naquiya, ivena, peiling, jasper and so on...

embrace the change... i'm trying my best. really am.

hahahahah omggg it has been eonssss since i last posted....... well very obviously not because i dont use the computer or often or anyt' like that... i just... dont. hahahha blogging is such a passe once upon a time fad.

i honestly don't quite remember what my last post is about (probably clubbing:S)....

whatever it is... im sure a lottt has happened since then. looking back, i honestly have no idea how i'd managed to cope with everything that was thrown at me over the past few months. not saying i handled everything well and not that my life is very much on track now ( on the contrary, it resembles nothing like a healthy lifestyle ) very sadly... i dont know how it happened and when it did, when i deviated from the kind of typical teenager lifestyle - studying, playing................. mine seems to have nothing to do with studying and trust me, it is worrying...

i also dont know how and when its going to happen. but i want my life back on the right track. a BALANCED one. i want my priorities straight - studying and time with friends. my season is coming to a quick end and as much as im sad, i guess some people just make me want to break free from it as well. i wont deny and wont doubt how much im going to miss everything about touch rugby and everyone in it. but i know some friendships i've forged are meant to last. some best friends i've made are meant to stay. i love my best friends thiarabanks, minss, jowayy and langee so very much. so much so i cant imagine life without any of them.

my priority now is the league. and after the league... it should be my studies. i have no clue how im going to catch up at all. if its even possible at all............ i plan to start going back to gym right after the league and take up a new sport!!!! okay maybe not new sport cos i wna cont' touch, but a new past time. should i start swimming againnn???

sorry how my thoughts are so scattered. really is telling of my current state :( hopefully till i next post, my life would somewhat have that tad bit of resemblance of one :S

hmm. i know i know.. its been ages since i'd last posted...well.. i'd say a lotttt has happened. you see, the wonders that time can do, to change your life? yeah.. so naturally, shaping the change has been been a series of good and bad events... bad at its extreme, good at its best. haha i know how abstract this is sounding but.. if your a good friend of mine, you'd be able to link the statement specific events that has chronicled my life in the past 3 months or so?
so anyway... i've chosen like 5 pictures to more or less give you a clue on how i've spent the too short holsss. i guess the highlight would be the hk trip with the retards. hahaha and meeting a new group of friends whom we've all grown pretty close too. :)

sooooo. i realised that i've left this space barren for far too long and decided to make a comeback. maybe not. whatever. soo. in general. life has been sooo bleak. haha work wise. just but a month ago, i spent my days fretting and worrying over the possibility of me possibly retaining in J1, considering how to date, i havent completed my tutorials and have not been going to school on a regular basis. but i guess miracles do happen. D-Day yesterday in which our results were released and so i just scrapped it through. though im still in deep contemplation on whether i should leave sg for US/UK or just slug it out for the As. decisions decisions......

with work aside. life has been generally... nice and unnice to me. nice because on some nights, i really do have a lot of fun. but on others, the night just progresses to what that would be your nightmare equivalent. and when i say nightmare, i mean nightmare.

so. it's a timeout for us for now till the 12th of Nov. unless there is truly a pressing need to return to Zouk. perhaps for my best friend's birthday next weddddd if she decides to want to go :) but other than that, please. i can hear my liver crying out to me. till we feel each other again my belvedere.

school sucks school sucks school sucks soooo bad. i hate pw i hate physics. hahah anwwwwww i screwed up my CTs (surprise surprise......) hahahaha i got like U for both my H2's... ehehhehe;))) im probably not gonna be able to attend quite a few trainings but ah wells.....

anyhoos. im dyinggggg!!!!!!!! i still have got like 20 freakinggg pages of history to read (and its just oneeeeee lecture of the the gazillionnn lecture of the ONE CHAPTER) its so funayee how CW used to comprise of only 50 odd pages of the history tb and now its like wahhhhhh. never ending shit. my tutorial qns TO WHAT EXTENT DID THE KOREAN WAR REFLECT THE DIFFERENT EXPANSIONISTIC AMBITIONS OF THE SUPERPOWERS. hahah i suppppppper dk how to start and what content to chuck into the unwritten essay.

haha okayy soo the holidays are offfically at its end:((( ikr, what could really be more depressing than this? im not about to complain bout how the hols havent quite been one despite the need to study for CTs/catch up on work(what work?!?!!)/buck up(hahahahah i need to so badly) and that whole list of shit that is study-related that thwarts your ambitions ideals to spend the most awesome kickass holsRIGHT RIGHT RIGHT?? but i think mine on the total contrary, was well-spent, obviously not considering the times where i'd fret over how i havent studied for my CTs... even though i dont quite rmb how i've spent most of june....... i think its been just way too awesome.

needless to say, gold coast was THEEEE bloody awesome shit. it was fantastic, theme parks by day, dinner and shopping by night and kickass fights by midnight. and the cycle just repeats with each passing day. ahahha il post in detail when im more freeee:) well, the whole trip can really be just summed up in 2 words, FREAKING BADASS, but yeah a detailed post could do my boredom that bit of good:)

so upon touching down, the holidays didnt really just end there like how it was supposed to. in fact... in only just began... hahaahaha. clubbing has become so second nature to us now huh syahelimin??? HAHAHA. fancy us clubbing the morning before history paper aye? how's that for badass?? and now i know why kang's alwayss so against attending underage events. they truly are a load of bullshit. zouk is the most awesome shit everrrrr like serious. my favvvv line these days " I WISH I WAS BLOODY 18 YEARS OLD, ITS OKAY 9 MORE MONTHS BABY......" yeap. aiyerr lots of shits been happening in between and idk what im doing or if im doing the right thing or if i want things to continue the way it is but like minnnnn told meee, let nature take its course lah yeah....? its so funny how we all have problems of our own and how the solutions laid out so plainly before us but taking that step to solve the problem is just one that commands so much efffort on our part and i guess.. yah. okay im blabbering incoherently but nvm i get my own drift.'

okay hi. im back im back im back!!!!:) dont be deceived by my apparent jolly state okayyy... i've actually been an emo loser who laments about her life every other day. and then yesterday, i was speaking to Ms.Chow and she made me realise that i should be contented with my lot. its not that im unaware i should be... but i just choose to ignore the fact that i should be. but then i realised that i really ought to be. i've probably got the most doting dad in the whole world and most lovely mum :) and an annoying brother.... and my best grandparents and aunts <3

okay yah but its really difficult, to not bemoan about how awfully sad my life is cause you know, schools exists in my life yah... and its not quite pleasant a life experience. jc is horrid. like thoroughly horrid. and i hate it. okay im gna stop myself from feeling depressed so im gonna drop the topic on school.

on the best note evaaaaaaaaaa, i love ds3s;) so yeayyyy the hols have finally arrived and ive been going out. no surprise ye. hmm had chinese paper on wed and gp paper on thurs. so on friii i went out with bridget. saturday was awesomeeee shit fun. went out for lunch with my daddy :), bought my mac!!!!!!!:) (and im still figuring out how to operate this thing...), met syahidarllll (omg syah look @ what i jux came up with again;) ) @ raffles city and i was in Miss Selfridge hahaha and i juz purchased my stuff then she wanted to try a rly pretty skirt so we both tried it tgt in the same fitting room:) hehe:) anw she bought it and i shall post a pic of it when she wears it out. it compliments her ttm. (FINALLY RIGHT!!!) :) and then we headed to starbucks, AGAIN, for gossip sesssion part 123456789. :)

on a side note, i didnt go to school today but still went for trg though we didnt do much during trg since it rained. really, my life now is totally off-track. studies wise, lifestyle wise... i think i need a long break from all the bullcrap in my horrid life now and do some soul searching, on what i ought to be concentrating my efforts on... why is it that all i wanna do is just have fun fun and more fun? my motivation and drive to excel died down long ago. or perhaps, it never really existed.. it was all just by luck.

it might've been a wrong choice that i've made, to stay on in Singapore. but now that i've already spent half the year here, it's a tad too late to enrol in an overseas school. sighhhh. history's really giving me a majorrr headache. i can't believe that the Cold War i used to enjoy learning so much about is bringing me so much pain. like omg i've to fricking memorise the 4 different perceptions and lengthyyyyyyy (and when i mean lengthy, i gawd dam mean it) explanations to why the CW broke out. really, it's all so uneccessary to know but wtvv. i shall get back to the boring readings. till i have a life to post about next.

SO ANYWAY... i went to town in the evening and met syah and yw to 'study' (totally didnt much in the end) and had like one grande and one tall gree tea frappe :'( so when faz and shaun joined us and when we headed to RV for yogurt, i was wayy too bloated to savour it:( but anyway, hahaha as usual, we had fun crapping around and laughing like we own the place. :p okay for the first time ever this year i actually packed my bag muahaha. ;) but wtv school still sucks and i only end at 4pm with 1 1/2 hours of chinese to round off the day omgzxzzz. :"( fmlxamillionzzzzz.

so amazing right, im actually posting like, again. like twice in a week. :) super amazing... ANYWAY. today was a super unproductive day. i thought, THOUGHT i had tuition in the morn and hence woke up earlyyyyy (despite sleeping late the night b4) and waited for the clock to strike 1030am. and dammit waking up early is a horrible horrible thing to do :( i ended eating 2 slices of bread with peanut butter and nutella and cereals and more cereals i felt like a total pig after i bet i gained weight from my awfully sinful but yummy breakfast :"( life sucks like that doesn't it? :(

anyhooz, he didnt come in the end and now ive tuition 2mro afternoon but family lunch before that. was supposed to have PW meeting today but obviously, it got cancelled.... okay ytd after trg i rushed to newton to meet my braa (justin) and we ate @ newton circus our all time fav eatery ;) hehh i had 2 bowls of dessert (yes dont remind me of the fat content and all the other shit thats in the 2 bowls) which was so fantastic while he had his ORK LAK or however he spells it. its actually oyster omlette but God knows why he calls it that. so anw, i went home to bathe after that while he entertained himself with the annoying brother of mine and the tv and he complained so much about me taking forever to bathe and change BUT IN THE END WE WERE LIKE THE EARLIEST.... stupid beech. BUT I STILL LOVE YOU BRA <3>

hahaha besides the eating a lot for breakfast part, crazy amt of sleeping is an element to why i have proclaimed myself to be a pig. i like fell asleep at ard 1040am aft walking up at 855am then woke up at 12pm then went back to sleep @ 3pm and woke up at like 545pm :p hahaha. i love sleeping its so awesome. :) but i quickly went to bathe and met bridge in town we went to walk ard and finally got my specs. i look like a total geek but wtv, its precisely the impression i wna make. went to starbucks aft and met yw and evaa hahaa. not very productive but at least i did SOMETHING.

anyway, generally, life sucks. like ttm. but theres still some part of it worth loving. like that with DS3S in it. im totally looking forward to the Gold Coast trip with my family and faz, shaun & justin. its gonna be such awesome fun and the roller coasters are gna help me relief my stress. and i love it how its gna be winterrrr cause i CAN WEAR MY BOOTS MUAHAHAHA i love boots :) it sucks that eva bridge and syah cant join us :( much less ive :"(

anyway, my dearest ivena came back for a week from indo but didnt really get to spend ANY quaility time with her. it just feels so different without her listening to me talk about shit and the HOURS long convo we used to have occasionally. :( im at starbucks ALONE now (now that yw bridge and eva has left) while the clock reads 12:47am. i feel so, calm and at peace with myself. (how rare) anyway, 2 more weeks to go and the hols shall set me free from the mundane and OH SO VICIOUS cycle of school ( earth's hell in other words :( ) till i post again next.

i hate school i hate school i hate school. im offically a depressed kiddo who seeks solace in something so addictive, called sleeping. and of course, not going to school. racking my brains for different excuses to tell the doc each time. to date, i've taken 4 mc's in the course of this term and have used up both my parents letter. man i cant wait for the June holidays to arrive............ it just equates to more DS3S time and clubbing events in the month of june. need some jumping around to shed some weight. am going broader by the day.... food is all i seem to actually think about these days.

i love my green tea frappe, i love my jollibean vanilla/almond soy ice-blend, i love swirl art & sogurt's yoghurt, i love cereals, i love sushi, i love eating with my family. i love studying at starbucks with my fav partners, BRIDGEVAL:) HAHAH 3 NAMES IN ONE OMGG I JUST CAME OUT WITH THAT!!!! hahah im @ starbucks right now, with Eva taking a nap before me :) hahaa gonna have to wake her soon.

ahhh shucks. here's the BEST news. SCHOOL STARTS 2mro!!!!!!!!! :'( seriously that's utmosttttt depressing... so i guess God has decided that i stay in SG till 2 years later. hahahhaha so after the A Levels, imma party like crazy, fly to UK then continue partying. MUAHAHAH!!! oh and after all, being 18 gains you access to firstly, all clubs (awesome.....) and secondly, M18 films (not so appealing but yeah a wider variety of movies to watch on a i'm-at-the-ticket-booth-but-there-are-no-movies-to-watch-cause-i've-kinda-watched-them-all-but-dam-this-movie's-M18/R21-day) hahaha okay so im looking wayy toooo forward again aren't i. :p

the holidays i can't believe has come and gone.... i still kinda rmb the last day of the O's. we clubbed b4 the day of the results. it was the perfect distraction and i had a pretty good sleep considering how exhausted i was at the end of the day but i woke up at about 12+ and felt quite nerve-wrecked subsequently. was almost late for the release. but anw, i've got not many comments as to how i fared. but well, i feel really neutral. not particularly over the moon kinda happy but definitely not sad either cause, i dont deserve doing any better then i have. i swear i'm just not cut out for studying.

hahhahaha wow, im making history! im actually blogging thrice in a single day! ;p anyhows, i'll try my best to make this a more merry cherry post in comparison to the previous emotion-filled one <:) so let's see, 20-9 has come to an end and heyhey.. what can i say? haha. i really see now, how LOTS can happen in just a year... i kinda still rmb vividly how the first day of school in 2009 went for me. well yeah i made my way to school feeling the jitters im sure everyone does even though its not precisely your first day of school. and then teachers came in and out, all speaking of the same predictable topic, the major exam. and everyone, or perhaps just myself, dismissing whatever they said wout any effort, thinking i've still got a long way to go... but yeah i know, time really did fly. went to books cafe with kim & ive, signed up for A-Prime, went to 6th ave to acc kim to take her bus/went to naq's house & met bridge/they came over. you see, vivid details, ever so vivid in my kinda malfunctioned mind now that i havent written/studied in the past 2mths+. dang i just realised how short the bloody hols are >:(

and then jumping to all the bullshit school events like sports day/xcountry to the ever so frequent tests to the homework to the coping with tuition to the crazy training days to the crazy thinking days to the crazy hoping days to the crazy happy days and to the days filled with drama. haha only now is it coming back to me that i actually did go through a heartbreak last year. just that it was not as tormenting cause yeah, you proved yourself unworth it. but boy, i really did like you a lot. probably still do, somewhere deeep inside. but i suppose their way to deep to even be felt anymore- scientifically, that doesn't make a tad bit of sense but you know what i mean. :) well, memories. :p (omg i forgot to forewarn that im gonna be really blunt in this post and no personal attacks to anyone really...)

so through the adversities, i'd many people's support. my mother (for the first time)/JUSTIN KOH(who answered my call at like, 3am++ when everyone else were to fast asleep to pick up my desperate phone call)/Mel, who was always there when i crumbled, esp after the oral examination... i'll never ever forget even tho now yah../Kim/Dawn/Fairoza/Bridget/Shaun/Syah and NEVER EVER to forget, ivena- ;) my lifeline. okay so life carried on admist the studying (thinking back, i dont quite feel that i studied a lot... ) and made new friends. and then i met my new best friend, ryan. haha.

gee, after not speaking for slightly more than a year and a half, we finally did thru the stem programme and haha honestly speaking, not much studying was done during stem so jrs, please dont join stem.... and then met up frequently to study. got to know each other better and well, now we're almost an inseperable pair of best friends, nothing more than that, and nothing less. :) i'll never forget the crazy times we had. studying till the dam late hours and dinner with uncle.

im gonna skip the whole studying for o level shit cause its so sensitive... less people start to jump at wtv i say and turn it a whole degree around. but of which, the only subject i really studied for was prolly chinese, since it was a one subject examination and the focus was there. despite so, after p2's cloze passage + comprehension, my confidence was not boosted and in fact, was greatly demoralised. but sometimes, miracles do happen.

lost a few people in 09 but gained many more. like......... the DS3S!!! hahaha. okay fine i realise how unexciting that introduction was but well. this clique has become part of my life.. nooo not just clubbing life, but my everyday life. my dinner life. my slacky-day life. my hollandv life. my drinking life. my 'fun' life. i guess the night spent on the 20th of Dec really had a significant impact on everyone's lives. NOOOO im not just referring to the dramaaaaa that happened (HAHA you guys know what i mean. does the word drunk ring any bell? ;) :p) but the formation of new friendships and the beginning of a pretty different life...

hahaha it was pretty coincidental. we all dint know that faz's friends would be joinin us till we arranged to meet outside gv and saw 2, well 1 to me since i knew nat, foreign faces. :) haha i still rmb my rxn upon seeing yong wen. HAHAHA. :p and then eva came!! :) haha okay it appears that im getting into the finest details of that night but i just wanna say, its a blessing to have met them. especially someone. haha you know who you are. :)

i still love my own family a lot. tremendously. but as you know it, teenagers, our age = not on good speaking terms with the parents. but our relationship has improved drastically if i wanna compare it to way back before. at least my family knows about everything thats happening in my life. whose in it and whose out of it. the jp/kr trip did help + the bangkok trip w my grandparents. ahhhh 2009.

well, there was no other way to end the year wout the most impt people in my life, them being FAZ. and BRIDGE. fairoza is my sister. and always will be. and forever. and ever. you know theres no one else in this dam blasted world like her. haha shes been thru every shit on earth with me. she bears with my intolerable character thats made other friends leave me. she supports me in whatever, and i mean whatever i do. and well, she's your definition of a girlfriend. of a girl's best friend. its quite perplexing, cause the label sisters doesnt really define our relationship. cause sisters, they dont share quite about everything. but the both of us do. i dont know. but i know one things for sure. i'd die if she ever leaves me. but i know that'll never happen. :) alright i sumpah im dam tired now i'll continue again. and i also sumpah that i'll be amazed should anyone ever complete reading this post.

hi.
im kinda tired of everything. of deliberating, of fretting, of routines. lots has been happening, lots has changed. haha i know you think i'v changed but let's just say, going clubbing(only thrice for that matter) is not suffice to pass such a judgement. you know who you are...

i finally see how one is able to ' give up on hoping ' cause haha, you eventually come to realise that hoping is just hopeless, and so i've finally figured now. let's all stay happy with the way things are. im glad syah that i've finally broken away from that vicious cycle, unscathed. :)

anyways, a few of my girls have started school......... haha so i shan't be toooo bitchy and add toooo much salt into that raw wound of you girls', but what can i say? its the stupid " O's " this year and you'll hear endless of that alphabet... so i sure hope you girls will fare marvellously well come the end of 2010. ;)

speaking of which, studying abroad in UK is indeed a tantalising prospect because i heard that the night life there is just all too good... don't even get me started with the shopping there. best part is, i can meet lily winterrr! whom i sadly still owe a letter and a gift. someone plz remind me to get that done. ohh i havent exactly drawn up a list of goals i wanna achieve by the eoy but well, resolutions require a strong resolute on m part.

i want this year to be a really goal orientated one so
1) i hope i'll attend all my trainings
2) focus entirely on my studies
3) be happy w the friends ;)

haha so last night was really insane. but fun. it carried drinks/screams/sick talks/tears/pulling/dragging/feeling afraid/and a hell a lot of other emotions. but on the whole, it was an unforgettable day - the inside jokes/the crazy ass stuff that happened

hahaha the (night) ended at like, 7am for me. and the afternoon started off with me finishing up my {hk serial ( :) )/vivo/st.james/harbourfront/taxi stand/faz's house/supper/home/sleep} so it was our first time (for most of us) and it was pretty... fun. the drinks, the dizziness but i'm sorry that the sober people had the burden of looking after the loony ones... it was a longgggg night with lots of drama but it all ended on a pretty note so, smilez.

most of the DS3S will be going for 2mro's butterfactory. hopefully we get tix or we shall just chill, with or without drinks. ;)

i have got nothing to blog about, sadly. my life consists of nothing but shopping everyday. even after an overseas trip. and as sick as i am of it, i still feel the need to kinda, buy more stuff. this never ending pursuit of materialistic needs... *sigh*

HAHA YESS GENTING IN JUST AN HR'S TIME.. :) sorry i saw the need to post cause this blog, as deserted as it is, needs some kind of spizin up so yeah. lots been happening: prom/dvd nights/phone calls with shauny/catching up with IVEKIMCIA!!! :)/sleepover at ives/dinner at spize with the gg(genting group)/walks/talks and yeah, i can safely say that life's never been better. but to make it even more perfect, i'd need to arrange lunch/dinner sessions w syah/siti/sheren/shao tgt with ive. :) that'd make my holiday absolutely sound... so of course, my life hasn't been all smooth sailing despite the fact that its the hols. but thru the 'adversities' (sorry, i dont know what other term would be appropriate to brand this phase), yeah i've seen the world a tad bit more. like the falsity of certain issues, the deception i've been deeply muddled in all this while and then painfully regret not heeding my best friends' advises..... hello.
i know my blog seriously lacklustre. but anyway, i have got no intention to spice it up with buzzingg news and pictures to 'comment' about, at least not yet. my preliminary examination results have been an utter disappointment. getting a single digit, 9 for SBQ/SS is totally unacceptable, demoralising, dejecting, abashing, disheartening and disparaging. maybe i deserved it but it still doesn't give my confidence much of a boost.

my other results are wayyyyy farrr from satisfactory- to me.

oh, and you know, it gets really annoying when you maybe, say just hit the A1 range and lament about it, feeling dejected because of one reason or another, and people critic you for displaying your haughtiness, in that sense. honestly, its my expectations i live up to, and not yours or anyone else's, for that matter. why do you care whether i'm unhappy and bawling my eye sockets out or happy and shrilling away with joy over my grades? (with the exception of isolated cases of people intentionally trying to be an arse about it/i.e.: intentional act) this doesn't just apply to me. i've seen bountiful of these cases and it's just darnn i-r-r-i-t-a-t-i-n-g.

anws, i find myself being v cynical/misantrophic about things these days and defintelyyyyy have not been in the best of moods, at all. for various reasons; stress, personal troubles, worry... but anyway, i think i'd want to be estranged from the world/my network of friends from now, for now ( and i know my doting friends will never blame me for that :) ), because life has taken its toll on me for i constantly am NOT at peace with myself and am invariably worrying (duly/unduly, i don't know) as time passes me by with each count of a second. ah this is not doing me any good. maybe i should do up a post in the form a prep-talk. might do all of us some justice instead of resolving to be a sullen loser about the imminent examinations, and my life in macro view. but inherently, i'm a morose, dejected, unmotivated and stupid student who needs some spanking and lashing from somebody. do it, someone.

ahhh shugs i hate my results so very much and it clearly marks the end of the media world for me for now. im going to go bathe now. taz.

i know my blog is pretty... gloomy... so i'll try to do a quick update on my life, though there's really not much to speak of, since my life mostly comprises of myself hibernating or to put in more spontaneously, rejuvinating for the day that lies ahead of me.

so the highlight of the month would perhaps have been the Teachers' Day Celebration (the one we intended to give a miss) but later felt guilt pangs bearing into our soul so we lived up to our name of being the law-abiding pupils of 4A and well, at least 98% of the class turned up, if not all. the more deciding factor to our appearance that day might've been because we had SS remedial after the celebration and our own mini farewell party for Mdm.Teoh. :)

hi.

yeah im finally back from Korea. not really recharged but whatever. so i fell sick in korea, AGAIN. i know wtcrap. so basically, i spent a whole dayyy in the hotel room, as frail as a bird. high fever + sore throart + MAJOR HEADACHE!!!! + flu. i woke up feeling something resounding in my ears- a discomfort that was unusual. and i felt unwell. so i dint join my fam for lunch and when my dad and brother came back they hired the service of a doctor to come to the room to medicate me. and i ended up being on a drip for 10mins. ;@!!!!!

right, besides that, my days were all quite quotidian- shopping every single day. i woke up to each morning with a familiar anticipating swelling inside me with just one nondescript motive: shop more. haha stupid girl issues i have with myself. even my mum has resigned herself to fate as she has blatantly given up on nullifying my claim as to why i need so much clothes when i dont wear them 80% of the time. like i'd mentioned: GIRLISSUES. so yeah korea = shopping + eating.

Met with almost all my primary school friends and we met @ Bedok MRT. the day started off with my meeting naq @ the petrol kiosk near my place to get ingredients for the sandwich-making endeavor we had so tactfully planned for the night before to enact on that morning which resulted in RESOUNDING SUCCESS! :D and then the later part of the morning saw me rummaging through my sets of clothes and packing for the eventful day that had laid ahead of all of us. :)

AND SO THE REUNION RESULTED IN A VERY PATIENT CROWD OF AUDIENCE HOLDING THEIR BREATH AND BEING SO VERY ENTHRALLED BY THE COMMOTION WE HAD MADE UPON SEEING EACH OTHER. it was a historic moment; you just had to be there!

so i was completely clueless as to what to name a boy so... HELLO.

OKAY SO PCD CONCERT 2009/ 4th JUNE -

HAHAHA so this was the highly anticipated Pussycat Dolls concert:

HAHA so the concert ended with us walking dam far, climbing over the fences, attempting to crawl under it just so to get a cab and go for the absolutely sinful supper... :( anyway, the concert was alright, but they didn't sing my favvvvvvvvvvv song: Out of This Club!!! :( right whatever. anyway, it was a truly energy draining night though i just stood there snapping away most of the time. haha like i wasn't tired enough even before the concert. sheesh.

anyway, this HOLIDAY (WEEK 1) seriously cannot be more unproductive man!!!!! :( dam holidays suck!!!! ARGH. okay anyway, i spring cleaned my room today and ALL or at least 99% of my neoprints on my board are KEPT AWAY for the time being and my desk is spick and span. okay maybe not quite with my books and files flooding the book holders but it is relatively and considerably clean. i shall post up a picture of my new masterpiece asap. :) boy am i proud of myself- i cleared out my clothes too. i sumpah i could easily hold a garage sale with all that crap i have.

AHHAHAA. namely, Pride and Prejudice & Zombies :O, What happens when you die (something along that line...) errr haha okay i cant remember the other titles but the rest are all girly books. heh. omgosh fancy myself buying so many books when im not even done with my books at hand. ( Eclipse + Breaking Dawn ) haha i bought the whole series last year and after twlight, i had completely abandoned the rest of them and only got back to reading it when it struck me that i was so behind everyone else. haha what a loser.

oh yes, i have yet to talk about my exams, have i? haha. like i tell everyone else, i feel so horribly bad so much so that it reaches downright to the core of my heart which beats meekly at the thought of the fact that i did not study like i should have for it and let complacency totally set in and get the better of me. i left so many blanks. papers ranging from emath to amath to physics to bio to CHEMISTRY. AND MY HISTORY!! i -13marks alr!!!!! i memorised the whole dam chapter on War In Europe ( I SUMPAH I COULD REGURGITATE THE INFO OKAY. I HAD PUT IN A LOT OF EFFORT IN STUDYING FOR HISTORY - the only paper i really mugged for ) only to MISINTERPRET THE ESSAY QN AND USE THE WRONG FACTORS!!!!!!! :( and for ss, i did not study the given factor of the essay. quite redundant to comment any further on the progress of my exams aye? its quite clear for all to see.

POST-EXAMS was filled with shopping sprees. for a very SIMPLE reason: we were too deprived of splurging that we indulged in what you might like to call a decadent lifestyle. but no worries cause its just a symptom(temporary) we display after a few desperate months of not shopping or sniffing the oh-so-familiar air that fills the malls. hahaha i guess i went overboard with my spending, again. but i reallly haven't been shopping in the longest time ever so it is very understandable. like i said, it's just a phase. more update on it with pictorials the next time around.

Hi.

HAHA i know it's been pretttty long since i last posted but a lot of things have been going on thus... so backtracking:

The highlight of March itself was i guess (School-wise) the SuperTeens Workshop that was conducted @ SP. haha and i just realised i dint call Jopu!!! :O ANYWAY, i have learnt quite a bit from the workshop i guess (in that i haven't been being a complete idiot to my parents anymore and certainly do hope that'd last) and a couple of study techniques that dont work for me but whatever it is. it was a good workshop. just that, im still not quite as motivated.

haha but during which, it was fun. Especially in between breaks and all. AND best thing of all, Ferrets got to eat together again after a gazillion years. I HOPE THE NEW CANTEEN WOULD OPEN QUICK SO WE CAN HAVE RECCESS TGT EVERYDAY LIKE BEFORE!!!! okay that was so random whatever. oh and i came to realise that the Rose Syrup + Milk thingy tastes quite nice. haha.

HAHAHA i think this was after crying bucketssss of tears. HAHAHA. and our eyes were completely swollen the day after. it was really hard to control the tears cause, i guess it was a sensitive topic that the speaker had touched on so. yeah.

haha okay yup here it is. the post i'd promised.

Sports Day 2009
well. for the record, i was only 5 minutes late from intended meeting time so i guess that was a fairly good start to the morning! :) i went to the petrol kiosk before going to the stadium and as i was approaching the stadium, i heard a familiar voice call out my name. and it was meow! haha i sound like im writing a compo! HAHA. k whatever... then yeah so daren, meow and i made our way there and i started looking around for the other Sports Leaders and yeah...

so i basically did nothing throughout the whole time. haha geez, and in the end, we ran the 4x100m relay ( in which we TOTALLY did not prepare for cause we were thinking of just getting disqualified and we had to source for a replacement for Zerlind like an hour prior to the race ) so that pretty much shows how prepared we exactly were. but eventually, we did the run and er. hahaha though we dint win, we werent upset, AT ALL. in contrary, we were actually rather relieved and a tad bit regretful cause we felt we could have worked on the passing of baton part (omgosh i totally screwed up that part... ) and all in all, could have done slightly better. but whatever it is, it's over :)

so Ivena surprised me with my indeeed very much belated birthday gift which made me happy because
1)It was something she did on her own and i know it must've been a real feat for her... :)
2)The Voodoo doll in which she has named Bikini.... was really cute and i like its outfit :)

So yeah i love you Ive! :) And after the race, i pretty much just slacked around and took a few pix here and there with the lovelys:)

And their trying to mimic my smile. kay lah, give them a PASS. HAHA!

and i love my junior Thomas:) who did the house supppppper proud and myself as well... :)

The Champion House 2009!

And 2/3 of Ferrets, again! <3 align="left">So after that, we made our way to town and had lunch then we caught a movie which totally bored the crap out of us. well only J & Ive were an exception. hahah the rest of us literally caught MANY winks in between the movie. after that, we did some window shopping and hahaha it was fun :)

Flag Day 2009

Flag day was all in all. QUITE fun. HAHA. i successfully tricked the gang (Ferrets + Justin & Vjay) to watch "Coming Soon" and yes, it was my 2nd time watching it. IT WAS SUPER FUNNY watching their rxns (HAHA CHEMISTRY!) and JUSTIN KOH totally displayed cowardice! HAHA do not be deceived by his appearance! hahah i know he's tried so much, so hard to make us all keep shush about it by, "whatever that happened in the cinema, we'll just leave it there okay!" but that isn't going to happen. HAHA.

a lot of funny moments, but one of which:

Alawiyyah (A): Val, tell me when the scary part comes okay?

V: i think its coming soon, its around this part but im not so sure when.

and the next second, the ghost comes out and we were looking at the screen, caught by completeee surprise.

A+V+ what i'd like to believe everybody: AHHHHHHHHHHH!

kay but before the movie, we went to the Farrer Market to ask for donations and i felt really happy doing it. :) it was really nice to see many people still willing to do their part for charity and genuinely want to extend their help. many of them took the initiative to ask me over and i thought that was what doing your part for chairty is really all about. and i felt ashamed at that moment. oh well. anyway, its the March Holidays now and honestly, it feels nothing much like one cause it would be an event-filled week and yeah. okay i've got to run, bye! :)

haha okay im posting only cause sheren wants the pix and upon dawn's request :)
so anyway, last Saturday, i went out with the old group for my belated birthday dinner and hahaha er it was, crazy lah kay. we bought tix for the 215 movie @ Cathay - "Coming Soon" which was truly freakkky and everyone was whining away but oh well, the birthday girl calls the shots! HAHA. so they all made concessions and the deal was done. so meanwhile... went to Istana park where they played card games and i just sat at a corner and listened to music. HAHA. but Sheren couldnt watch the movie with us eventually so that was the down side:(

anyway, since she wasnt there. it was super dificult to go to the toilet because i was scared. HAHAHA so yah. okay that part was redundant. anyway, the movie was HORRIFYING okay. and Jasper's dam retarded omgosh. you all should've been there to observe his every move and reaction and i promise it'll tickle you. haha but he's super cute and never fails to bring about laughter which is exactly why i love him! :) anyway, the night ended at 4am for ME while the rest continued to hang ard town cause they were all too scared to go home so thus, conclusion: i was the bravest of em' all having successfully made my way home :D

i know the flow in this post sucks but its only because im rushing like mad cause im supposed to be showerED but im not. going out for family lunch cause my mum just got back last night from Korea. AND DAWN, my mum got me 2 converse shoes! HAAHHA. i know your gonna slap me. HAHAH. i'll update again soon yah. with sports day pix and so on. kk byebye! Tution with Kim<3
